Amber Guyger, Botham Jean’s brother, and the Act of Forgiveness

Having lost my mother, brother, and nephew to acts of violence, I know first hand what it’s like to have to wrestle with forgiving the individuals who committed the crime against your loved one. In this video I discuss my perspective of the act of forgiveness given by Botham Jean’s brother and the consolation provided by the judge and bailiff (both black women) to Amber Guyger and the controversy and conversation that has since followed. Please watch and share this video and leave comments also. Blessings
